Privacy & Safety
We use the default terms of service and privacy policies. We're just Brad and Katy. You can find a link to it here.
Payment Methods
We process payments via stripe, which means almost any credit or debit card will work, and it automatically allows a few other payment gateways. We don't store any of your payment info, they do, and they probably already did for another purchase.


Shipping Policy
While we're US-only, we're including shipping in the product cost. If or when we start selling outside of the US, we will adjust the shipping policy or product offerings. Want to help us figure it out for your country? Reach out and let's go!
Shipping is via USPS, with a tracking number that will be automatically emailed to you and included insurance coverage. Tracking and insurance is NOT included in the Intro kit.
Return & Exchange Policy
Is the product damaged? Let us know.
Refunds are generally not possible, but are managed on a case by case basis; they typically would be overwhelmed by shipping costs.
The cutoff window in your account indicates where pause and cancellation options exist.
A month to month subscription can be paused or cancelled anytime after the first month ships. If you cancel a month to month subscription after you are billed for the next month, then that package will still ship but you will not be billed again.
Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payment plans can have the renewal feature turned "off" at any time so that after the current prepaid term is complete, it will not renew. Long-term plans cannot be cancelled in the middle of a prepaid term.
If we are currently processing a crate, you may not see the cancel option until after the package has been shipped.
